We are a small accounting practice in Sydney (Australia). Our clients range from sole traders to small companies.
We are looking the options for outsourcing some of our work. We require an energetic person who can work with us as a team to carry out our day to day tasks that include, but not limited to;
- Payroll for our clients - Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly
- Data entry
- Bank reconciliation using accounting software
- Preparing periodic reports
- Entering invoices into the system
- processing payments
- Supporting in preparation of Business Activity Statements and GST
- Maintaining electronic files for clients.
- Any other tasks as assigned.
- Initially this role maybe work from home, until we find some suitable place.
- We require a person who has the motivation to work and can perform the job without supervision.
- Our Timing would be a bit odd as we are 5-6 hours ahead of Pakistan Standard Time.
- So role may be starting early morning or even midnights.
- Knowledge of Accounting software like Xero, MYOB and QBO will be added advantage. Basic training will be provided.
