We are looking for an IT Administrator to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs. The successful candidate will have improved skills, proven professional experience, and detailed knowledge of the industry’s best practice processes. Must have hands-on experience in Networking, AD, Cisco Firewall, Switches, Routers, Cloning, and mirroring.
Responsibility
- Assess company network and computer system needs.
- Install hardware and software.
- Make upgrades and repairs as needed.
- Oversee digital security.
- Perform maintenance that all systems are operating.
- Collect and analyze data to optimize performance.
- Onboard users to the network.
- Update & maintain SSL on our domains
- Troubleshooting and resolving Network issues
- Asset Management
Requirements and skills
- Proven working experience as an IT Administrator or relevant experience (BPO/call center experience is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Expertise in data center management and data governance
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
