Duties & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts.
- Posting, checking & verification of all transactions and processing payments.
- Verify & reconcile daily weekly and monthly cash collection and deposit reports
- Control aging report at a minimum level
- Coordinate with Credit Control Officers team
- Preparing journal entries, credit notes and assisting with month-end
- Knowledge of taxation
- Regularly produce financial reports or statements
- Maintain General Ledgers
- Preparation of Bank payment vouchers
- Processing monthly salaries of Head office staff
- Maintaining and filling accounting documents and records
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (Written / Verbal)
- Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
- Strong team player with good time management skills
