Job Descriptions:
The position will be responsible to ensure and carry out overall client relationship related tasks for smooth operations and achievement of organizational objective.
- As a client relationship executive, you are expected to deal with business-to-business clientele.
- Learn about our products and negotiate deals and contracts.
- Presenting the product or service in a structured professional way.
- Make calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
- Liaison with the production team to meet deadlines and satisfy Client Requirements.
Requirement:
- Be fluent in spoken English and expert in written English
- Be a self-starter
- Must be excellent at interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor, A or O level educational background degree
- At least 2 to 3 years relevant work experience
