Job Description

  • Works within the company to identify unmet needs, goals, opportunities and challenges of all departments and aspects of the business.
  • Create and oversee the execution of a plan through specific initiatives to meet the objectives of the strategy.
  • Responsible for developing solutions to meet clients’ brand objectives based on consumer insight and data.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements on digital strategy.
  • Research the latest digital tools and interactive trends.
  • Optimize SEO.
  • Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies.
  • Drive value for the organization.
  • Analyze and report on digital campaigns.
  • Analyze customer and user data.
  • Engage with clients, sales teams, and management.
  • Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
  • Define and action digital events.
  • Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs)
  • Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunities
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Build strong clients relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency
  • Identify advertising needs
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up-to-date with digital technologies developments
  • Provide partnership and counsel to an internal Subject Matter team and, by extension, the firm’s clients
  • Provide insight on emerging trends and social media developments
  • Ensure quality of work and flawless execution maps back to initial strategy
  • Utilize cutting-edge tools and techniques to help support business objectives, advance storytelling and drive engagement
  • Develop insights based on Subject Matter data tools, knowledge of the client need and knowledge of political trends impacting client topics
  • Collaborate with our creative team to inspire and develop innovative solutions to solving client challenges across channels
  • Identify ways to measure success against the campaign goals and achievable outcomes; determine methods to collect and present data and analysis to clients as well as internal stakeholders
  • Participate in content production from insights to execution to analytics to ensure it is “on strategy”
