• Will be responsible for answering customer calls.
  • Completing a trouble ticket and submitting to our Senior CSR staff for review and follow up.
  • The candidate will need to thoroughly collected the required data from the customer along with the concerns and advise customer that they will get a follow up within 24 hours of. submission of the request..
  • Ability to use simple navigation of the internet to find data.
  • Experience using Google Sheets is a must.
  • Easily adapts to changes in processes as needed.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent accuracy in data entry.
  • English fluency speaking is a must requirement.
  • 5 Days a week only. (Saturday & Sunday off).
  • Night Shift Only.
