Atrium solutions is a reputable company that needs the staff for its international outbound call center based on the USA campaign. The candidate will be provided with good resources and comprehensive training to further improve his/her skill set. It is preferred that Call Center Agent should be highly organized and disciplined.
Responsibilities
- Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
- Maintain good relationships with your team, and demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
- To become a good Call Center Agent, you must initiate talking & building conversation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Intermediate education is required.
- Previous experience in a US/UK based call center/telemarketing project is preferred, but Fresh candidates can also apply
- Good English speaking, listening and customer engagement skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationship
