Responsibilities

  • Increase your performance consistently & generate maximum productivity.
  • Maintain good relationships with your team, and demonstrate discipline and professionalism.
  • To become a good Call Center Agent, you must initiate talking & building conversation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Intermediate education is required.
  • Previous experience in a US/UK based call center/telemarketing project is preferred, but Fresh candidates can also apply
  • Good English speaking, listening and customer engagement skills
  • Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationship
