Company: 

AUA Solutions is an international BPO Business Process Outsourcing company operational since 2006, with offshore operations in Karachi. We provide a gamut of services that include; contact center and telemarketing functions, contact list development, email marketing, online data collection, web research and data entry services as well as other back office and non-core functions for its clients worldwide.

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking young, highly charged, English speaking and detail oriented professionals for our Phone Verification division. Suitable candidates will be required to call American companies in night time (US business hours) and validate business professionals’ contact details over the phone, and take appropriate notes over MS Excel.

Skills Required:

  • Fluency in spoken English, correct grammar, comprehension & American accent
  • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct two-way dialog on phone
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly, pay attention to details, and have good analytical skills
  • Possess computer literacy, basic MS Excel and keyboarding skills
  • O’ and A’ Level, Bachelors, Communications or Business majors preferred
  • Experience not required; however, preference given to experienced candidates.

Job Timings: 

Night Shift: 6:00 pm to 4:00 am Mon – Fri (Five Days a Week)
