We require Social Media Analyst / Digital Recruiter for Outsourcing Offshore Services for USA. Timing 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM PST

  • Naturally creative, unafraid to color outside the lines finds various streams to attract digital talent in a competitive landscape. 
  • Essentially, you build your platform with verticals that extend out to various networks that lead to productive relationships with the digital communities to further enhance our digital presence in market place.
  • You will play an essential role in finding and attracting extraordinary talent. You will be responsible for the full hiring life cycle which includes turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals, and attracting and developing candidate interest.

  • Qualifications

    • Implement staffing strategies to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
    • Responsible for sourcing candidates through Boolean search, social media, networking and other tools.
    • Passion for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, and hiring managers.
    • Compile and update reports for job openings, hires and post-hire summaries for managers.
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • 2+ years in the digital recruiting space highly preferred or someone with social media marketing experience with strong understanding of organic and inorganic growth in digital space.
    • Strong passion in the digital world, keen to follow industry trends
    • Experience working in a fast-paced recruiting environment with the ability to take initiative with little to no direction
    • Build an external pipeline of digital content talent
    • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work in an environment with competing demands.
    • Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
