We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Supervisor to lead and manage both internal and external audits for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and proven leadership abilities within a professional Chartered Accountant (CA) firm environment. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can uphold audit quality standards while effectively mentoring junior team members to foster their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute internal and external audits in compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Lead audit fieldwork, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of all working papers.
- Prepare and review detailed audit reports and related documentation to maintain clarity and completeness.
- Ensure audit quality by adhering to professional standards and relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Communicate audit findings clearly and professionally to clients, addressing any queries promptly.
- Mentor and guide junior staff throughout audit engagements, supporting their professional development and enhancing team performance.

Required Qualifications
- CA Finalist or ACCA Qualified/Affiliate status.
- Completion of a mandatory 3.5-year training period at a recognized professional audit firm.
- At least 2 years of post-training experience in external audit.
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Standards on Auditing (ISA), and applicable local regulations.
- Proficiency in audit tools, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, on-site position with working days from Monday to Saturday. The salary range is PKR 85,000 to 110,000 per month, negotiable based on experience and qualifications. There is no gender preference for this role.
