- As a pharmacist you will be helping to support our growth strategy, undertaking market research projects, analyzing data to be able to develop business models for our products.
- Coordinating with the marketing and sales team to plan, advertise, directly market products to the clients along with running marketing and sales campaigns.
- Presenting business pitches and product demonstrations to the clients, Inform customers of deals and promotions.
- Informing customers/clients about deals and promotions developed by the sales and marketing department.
- Building sustainable relationships with clients and customers on the behalf of the company.
- Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas, manage incoming/outgoing calls.
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
- Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
- Categorization of products as per generic category and therapeutic groups
- Verification of products uploaded on the website and social media.
- Strictly follow the company’s privacy policies, the company’s regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Must know and will follow all rules and regulations as per drug laws, prescribing information of commonly prescribed medicines.
- Reviews and interprets physician’s drug orders for clarity and rationality.
- Develop Strategies and assist the marketing department with sales.
- Will be responsible to carry out the audit of Warehouse in collaboration with the rest of the team. (Temperature monitoring, Near Expiry rack monitoring, Narcotic drugs management and record-keeping, Inspection, cleanliness check¸ Cold Chain Items Audit, etc.)
- Will be required to fill in the place of Pharmacist at Call Centre when needed. In this, the following things would be taken care of
- Patient/Doctors counseling, Prescription confirmation
- Reconfirmation calls, Place or cancel orders, Offering New Projects
- Patients/Doctors Referrals handling.
- Reach out to customers and verify account information.
- Develop and implement SOPs related to the Pharmacy Department.
- Coordination with corporate customers and following up for payment/orders.
- Medication & Refills for patients, medication follow-ups with Pharmacies.
- Appointment Reminders to the patients and Data Entry into the portal
- Any task/project assigned by the management/Line Manager.
