Description
We are looking to hire talented Full-time Technical Recruiters who are passionate about hiring the best talent around! Candidates must have a strong recruiting background. The positions are remote; so candidates can decide their own working hours.
The salary package will vary with experience and skill set.
Requirements
- A full-time recruiter is required to put in 40 hours a week
- Developers must be able to work independently with minimal direction and supervision and prioritize work
- Good English communication skills
- Must have a good internet connection
Candidates having knowledge and experience with the following will be preferred
- Understanding a large range of positions and how to hire effectively for them
- Managing the recruitment lifecycle in an organized and efficient way
- Performing phone screening and interviews
- Growing and utilizing your network of qualified candidates
- Staying active on job boards, social networks, and platforms, to find talent and to plan, create, release job descriptions and announcements
- An eye for design will help when screening candidates for positions that involve a visual element
- Attention to detail
- We are seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within the team to exceed the goals and objectives of the company
- You should be flexible, and a fast learner, capable of adapting to whichever tasks you are given
- Experience hiring for React.JS, Node.JS, C#, Java is useful
