Responsibilities
- Manage large number of incoming phone calls and provide accurate, valid, complete and error free information to customers
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Skills Required
- Customer support experience 2-3 years, Candidate with relevant experience will be preferred
- Excellent communication and listening skills
