Responsibilities:
- Market research and onboarding of international clients
- Calls and messages to multinational - international potential clients
- Incoming and outgoing calls of prospective international customers
- Use scripts to provide information about product’s features, expenses and present their benefits
- On going trainings about new products, new rules of the industry will be provided
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately on CRM
- Deal with regular enquiries about company's products and services
- Determined to achieve regular weekly/monthly sales targets and ensuring timely payments
- Keep record of messages, calls and useful information for future sales
- Weekly Follow ups of previous customers for potential sales
Note: Sales Incentive and bonuses will be given upon successful completion of targets
Requirements:
- Should be able to convert enquiries into sales
- Minimum Bachelors or A-levels
- Candidate should be flexible with shifts (Morning/Afternoon)
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (Microsoft Office/Excel)
- VOIP telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English, Urdu and Punjabi
- Must be confident in negotiation and dealing with international customers
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Must be career oriented
