The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic and technical projects from inception through planning, execution, implementation, and successful go-live. The role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
The incumbent will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, monitor project risks, and provide regular Project Status Reports (PSRs) to the Steering Committee and senior management.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have their own vehicle/transport; fuel allowance will be provided by the company.
- Candidate must be willing to travel within Punjab and KPK for up to 15 days per month, or as required by business needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept initiation through implementation and operational handover.
- Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Coordinate activities across departments, vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to approved timelines and budgets.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Prepare and present Project Status Reports (PSRs) to the Steering Committee and senior management.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, approvals, and change management processes are followed.
- Manage vendor performance and contractual deliverables where applicable.
- Ensure smooth transition of completed projects into operational ownership.
- Establish project governance frameworks, reporting standards, and best practices.
- Maintain project documentation, lessons learned, and post-implementation reviews.
