Experience : 

Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or in any other customer service is highly desirable for this position.


  • Greeting & welcoming customers
  • Dealing with inquiries and coordinate with other doctors
  • Keeping customer, statistical and financial records
  • Coordination with doctors in terms of setting appointments, consultations, follow up calls and reminder calls
  • Supervise and monitor the admin and janitorial staff
  • Cash handling
