Conduct commercial and technical negotiations with the customers.
Maintain all correspondence in respective folders, and follow bun system.
Take pricing locally and negotiate with the local suppliers.
Achieve target set by Manager S&M / Area Sales Manager.
Acknowledge and process the Sales Orders.
Arrange delivery to customer in coordination with his expediter.
Handle customer correspondence related to enquiry / quotation / purchase order / delivery.
Resolve payment issues, if any, with the customer.Any other responsibilities assigned by Area Sales Manager.
Take ownership of the Company’s ISO Procedure and Rules, OHSAS and QHSE practices.
Guide and train Sales Team for productive implementation, and monitor compliance to ensure successful audits.Be involve in marketing activities and give support to Marketing Executive for making Company brochures CDs, flyers, presentations and web site.
Candidate must have pharmaceutical sales experience
