T We are an established IT Company is seeking an experienced "IT Business Development Manager Cum Executive Assistant to CEO" to join our team. The incumbent will assist in email handling, chat support, sending sales proposals, converting hot leads to sales, assist CEO in his tasks. This position is a fantastic opportunity to work with a talented group of IT professionals.
The new employee will be reporting directly to the CEO. You must be proficient in spoken and writing English.
Note: it's a full-time remote work-from-home opportunity.
Must work from 8 CST to 5 CST (Monday to Friday)
Requirements:
- Must have excellent English Spoken and Writing Skills
- Telesales Skills
- Email Handling
- Persuasion
- During the interview, you will be asked to enhance a sales message based on our unique value propositions
Roles:
- Respond to emails
- Make calls
- Convert hot leads to sales
- Handle admin tasks handed off by the CEO
- Respond to Zendesk chat support as required during shift.
- Go to meetings and take notes and handle action times.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management, and/or CEO.
Plus:
- Sales experience: Able to convey value to a potential customer in an email and chat.
- Sales experience and persuasion experience
- Monday.Com Experience is a plus
- Zendesk (Chat Support) Experience
Must Require:
- Can work in US timings. (06 Pm to 03 AM Pakistan Time)
- Excellent English Writing for Experience is a must
- Must have 1 year of experience on Zendesk
- Can handle emails
- Multi-Tasking
- Typing speed 50/WPM.
- Can do attitude.
- Must have good skills in Social Media
- Must have excellent English and writing
