- Must be well versed in Spoken & Writing English Writing.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent in spoken English (American Accent preferred)
- Can work in US timings. (06 Pm to 03 AM Pakistan Time)
- Must have 1-2 years of experience on Zendesk.
- Typing speed 50/WPM.
