We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has the ability to interact with foreign clients with confidence and has good command on English language in terms of writing and the candidate must possess at least few months of experience in online bidding for small and medium-sized IT projects. It is very important that the candidate has good command on English language in speaking and in writing as well
Compensation for this position includes salary with commission.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ability to assess project requirements and prepare a quotation/presentation
- Successfully bid for projects on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour.com
- Maintain very high rating on Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour.com etc. - This is very important for us
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Assess project requirements and quote accordingly
- Maintain healthy relationship with the client(s)
- Meet monthly quota of projects
- Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well
