Job Description

A Canada-based company is looking for a fresh or experienced customer support representative for the evening/night shift to work from our Karachi office.

  • Applicant must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle outbound calls to company customers
  • Good understanding of basic business processes and professional work environments
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Canadian/American accent is a plus

Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM PKT (Pakistan Standard Time)
