Job Description

A Canada-based company is looking for a fresh or experienced Call Center Manager for the evening/night shift to install newly call center setup and work from our Karachi office.

We take every step to ensure an excellent experience for all our clients and the customer services we offer. 

  • Applicant must be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle outbound calls to company customers
  • Good understanding of basic business processes and professional work environments
  • Previous call center experience is a plus
  • Canadian/American accent is a plus
