Skills Required
- Ability to build a custom user experience and custom behaviors for the Flex Agent Desktop and Flex Supervisor Desktop via Flex UI
- Ability to Integrate and provide support for Twilio Web Chat with .NET based applications
- Ability to Integrate and provide support for Twilio SMS with .NET based applications
- Knowledge and experience of ASP.NET, C#, MVC, MS Azure, SQL Azure
- Ability to use third-party API's, JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
- Strong programming concepts
- Ability and willingness to learn & adopt new technologies
- Good analytical skills
Knowledge and Personal Characteristics
