• Performs internal training activities related to new and existing products.
  • Work with Unit Heads and Software Development Manager of different Technology Stacks (C++, Java, and Mobile App etc) to create training documentation and material.
  • Understand and assess end to end Processes.
  • Observes system operations with a critical eye.
  • The goal is prepare Fresh Hires as per different department Technology needs and challenges and place them successfully into departments with continuous coordination with Unit Heads and Software Development Managers.
  • Facilitate and establish training standards
  • Flexibility to adapt processes as per changing requirements.
  • Provide helpful input on how we can get better. Continuous improvement on Training Area.
  • Target oriented approach in Training Fresh Grads and prepare talent pipeline round the year.
