We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Specialist to join our dedicated team. The Customer Relations Representative is responsible for interpreting customer concerns, deciding best course of action, and defusing difficult situations while upholding company and vendor policies. The Representative is also responsible for maintaining excellent customer relations to improve customer loyalty and promote positive word-of-mouth advertising, and for following up with Agents/customers to verify that all issues were resolved satisfactorily.
Should be Fluent in English having convincing power.
Observe community responses across all platforms and when necessary, respond to posts to protect our reputation.
Execute all Employee and Executive sales requests. Follow-through until delivery is finalized to ensure each customer's experience exceeds expectations.
