We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with international clients. You will work closely with internal teams to understand project requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure smooth communication with clients. The role requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to manage multiple clients effectively. The candidate should be confident in outreach, client handling, and closing deals to support company growth and revenue targets.

- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the development team
- Communicate with International clients professionally
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project documentation
- Maintain client relationships and follow up regularly
- Meet monthly sales and business growth targets
- Handle email communication and client meetings professionally
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of software development services
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, or freelancing platforms is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good English speaking and writing skills
