Job Description

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Gathering information from customers and entering it into the customer relationship management system.
Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures, and products to effectively answer customer questions.
Escalating complex customer issues to higher-level support as necessary.
Providing feedback to the management team on areas for improvement in the customer support process.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by demonstrating empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
