Purpose:
- The position has the primary objective of assessing , data gathering , observing the potential risk factors to human health & the environment.
- To make all efforts to ensure that they meet not only human needs but also meets the govt & social requirements as a good corporate organization.
- To regularly high light the risk factor to the management & suggest countermeasures
- To create awareness among working people regarding the health issues due to bad habits as well as design methodology & rules to prevent such practices inside the company.
Principal Responsibility:
- Keep close contact with shop leaders to exercise the health & environment policies inside plant.
- Prepare health & environment guide lines for respective shop according to potential safety hazard & implement them upon proper consensus &agreement
- Make rules & regulation, plan &method for health & environment audit for hazard identification.Jointly evaluate the risk factor & prepare improvement plant to reduce risk factor.
- Prepare a proper record of all health hazards & report the data to management meeting when ever required.
- Immediately report of any risk factor to GM ( SHE) as well a management which has emerged due to some change & un usual condition
- Set target & KPIs as per the prevailing standards ( IMC etc) , bench mark & report the status.
