Our Company is looking for a Candidate having excellent communiction skills in our Human Resource department. His/ Her duties will be:

  • Drafting of company policies, manuals and updating the same as per requirement.
  • Designing of assesment test and ensuring that test is assigned to candidate as per his /her educational background.
  • Shortlisting, interviewing and arranging meeting of exceptional candidates with higher management.
  • Preparation of job description for a vacant post and advertising it on relevant platforms.
  • Entertaining Personal requisition requests of various departments by arranging suitable candidate for thespecific post.
  • Preparation and execution of annual review process for both staff and workers.
  • Updating company documents when required and also suggest changes if necessary.
  • Drafting letters, Memos and emails when required and ensuring that the message is delivered without anyambiguity.
  • Engaging with employees in friendly manner so they can share their concerns openly.
  • Complete recruitment process from interview call to final offer.Assisting HR Executive in Payroll preparation of Permanent staff, Permanent Workers, Contractual Staff,Contractual Workers and Temp Workers.
  • Maintaining Employee record and ensuring that employee data is error free in both soft and hard form.
  • Implementing HR Policies and clarifying employees concerns in delicate manner.
  • Employee verification and reference checking.
  • Verification of employee Educational and Medical Claims.
  • Nurture a positive and stress free working environment.
  • Organizing staff training session and activities.
