Ayeshfiy Aesthetic Clinic is seeking a skilled Dermatologist with at least three years of clinical experience to join their team. The ideal candidate holds PMDC registration and has a strong background in clinical dermatology, including skin cancer diagnosis, cosmetic dermatology, laser therapy, and acne treatment. This role requires excellent communication skills to effectively consult with patients and provide personalized treatment plans. The Dermatologist will lead a team of four, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical operations within the clinic.
In this position, the Dermatologist is responsible for diagnosing and treating various skin conditions while utilizing advanced treatments and procedures to improve patient health and appearance. They will manage and guide a professional team to deliver quality service, mentor staff, and maintain a respectful and efficient work environment. The Dermatologists expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology will contribute to the clinics reputation as a leading healthcare provider focused on patient satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin disorders including eczema, psoriasis, acne, and skin infections.
- Perform skin cancer screenings and provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Administer cosmetic dermatological treatments such as Botox, fillers, and chemical peels.
- Conduct laser therapy procedures for skin resurfacing, hair removal, and treatment of vascular lesions.
- Consult with patients to understand their concerns, provide education, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Oversee the daily operations and clinical protocols of the dermatology team to ensure optimal patient care.
- Train, supervise, and mentor a team of four healthcare professionals to foster professional growth and teamwork.
- Maintain up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare specialists to support comprehensive patient care when necessary.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in dermatology to continually improve treatment techniques and protocols.
- Provide guidance on skin care routines and preventive measures for maintaining healthy skin.
- Participate in outreach and educational seminars to promote skin health awareness within the community.
