We are a software and education company and we are in need of an inhouse Accountant
You must know:
- Paper ledgers,
- Usage of accountancy software,
- How to submit company tax information to relevant government departments.
- Uphold all hr procedures i.e. attendance, preparing payrolls, getting a contract signed, recruitment, etc
- Know fully how hr software works etc
- At least a few years of experience..
- On a daily basis check figures, income. expenses and maintain/collect/gather associated documents/bills etc
- Old our cash accounts
- Follow up on creditors to collect past overdue
- Maintain an inventory list of all office assets.
- Know the actual task and past experience is key.
