- Responsible for proper production planning of finished goods to ensure on time delivery.
- Responsible for daily & monthly production targets.
- To check the availability of fabric as required by stitching plan.
- Continuously monitor and work to reduce production cost, wastage and ensure optimum utilization of fabric.
- To check and verify all required stitching and packing accessories are available as per stitching plan.
- To check and maintain record of all the finished goods inventory that is being made.
- Ensure cost reduction by reducing wastage, rejection, alteration & extra working hour.
- Ensure maximum utilization of manpower, machine and materials as per plans
- Supervision of labor and making daily production reports
- Contacting and finding new vendors for multi head units, digital printing and block printing
- Should have relevant knowledge and experience about fabric sourcing and dyeing
- Should have knowledge regarding making production cost sheets before the start of any article
