- Plan the Diversified Production Schedules with complete Study & Analysis
- Meeting Deadlines of productions.
- Prepare the Feasibility Reports of the Projects and present to the Higher Management
- Prepare upcoming collection plan and their execution.
- Make improvement Plans.
- Coordination with in house designers, Stitchers, machine workers, Adda workers, manager of outlet and vendors.
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers.
- Material sourcing.
- Visit to outstation when required.
- Keep and manage the required information in updated form.
- Minimize the Wastages / loopholes of processing time, Rework, via Study and effective monitoring.
- Make good and Effective Preventive Measures Plan for any Discrepancies.
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
