We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can take ownership of creating our marketing strategy and leading our marketing team.
As a Head of Marketing, you are responsible to lead the marketing team and suggest them the best marketing techniques for social media and other digital media campaigns.
You should grab the attention of customers and market the products and services.
If you have the ability to utilize the organizational resources optimally for business promotion activities, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities of the Head of Marketing:
- Build marketing plans and budgets for the smooth operation of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare social media marketing campaigns and strategize them such that they align with the business objectives.
- Ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Focusing on growing audiences and the uptake of products and services.
- Researching competitor offerings and carrying out market research data to establish appropriate product pricing.
- Create and monitor an advertisement on various platform keeping the business vision aligned.
- Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.
- Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are updated on a regular basis.
- Prepare monthly marketing budget.
- Create monthly reports for the marketing department.
- Research about the latest marketing strategies and excel in marketing endeavors competitively.
Requirements:
- Outstanding knowledge & work experience of web analytics, Google Ads, Google Merchant and E-Commerce handling
- BSc or MSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Proven 5+ years of experience as Head of Marketing, Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing or a similar role.
- Experience running successful marketing campaigns
- Outstanding ability to plan and manage budgets.
- Ability to quickly prioritize and assign tasks
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Attention to detail.
