Azee Securities (Pvt) Ltd. is on Lookout for a sharp and hardworking individual with decent experience in Administration and Human Resource Management.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain personnel records
- Update internal databases
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
- Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules
- Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
- Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
- Maintaining department records and reports
- Participating in administrative staff meetings
- Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
Requirements
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Manager or relevant role
- Experience with HR software like HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Should have excellent administrative skills.
- Must have 2-3 years of experience.
