We are looking for a skilled Azure Cloud Engineer with over four years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing Azure environments. Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage Azure environments, focusing on 3-tier or 4-tier architecture setups that align with business requirements and optimize performance.
- Leverage Azure services such as Virtual Networks, App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps to develop scalable and reliable cloud infrastructures.
- Implement containerization technologies including Docker and Kubernetes, and utilize infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates to automate deployment processes.
- Create and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to enhance operational efficiency and support cloud management tasks.
- Gain a thorough understanding of backend technologies for mobile and web applications, with a focus on latency reduction and performance tuning.
- Design secure, high-performance network topologies for multi-environment setups, ensuring proper network isolation, segmentation, and adherence to organizational security policies.
- Implement hybrid connectivity solutions such as VPN Gateway and ExpressRoute to enable secure, reliable communication between on-premises data centers and Azure cloud environments.
- Collaborate closely with DevOps and backend teams to integrate networking components within continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance, latency, and security issues using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
- Document network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures clearly to support ongoing maintenance, audits, and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Engineering degree or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum of four years of practical experience designing and managing Azure cloud environments.
- Proven expertise in setting up and optimizing 3-tier or 4-tier cloud architectures.
- Strong working knowledge of Azure services including Virtual Networks, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with infrastructure-as-code solutions like Terraform, Bicep, and ARM templates.
