B2B Connectt specialises in selling Telecom and other essential services on behalf of major Australian and UK companies to the small to medium sized business market. We are now seeking experienced Telesales Executives with a proven track record in B2B sales. The candidate must have experience working with SME and be totally confident in discussing products with senior management, directors and business owners via the telephone.

Job Role:

  • Contacting potential or existing business customers to inform them about products or services using scripts.
  • Business to business sales.
  • Achieving full sales lifecycle; from generating leads through to delivery.
  • Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Building a successful sales pipeline and managing quarterly sales.
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database.
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems.
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure the smooth running of customer orders.

Personal specification:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pro-active sales experience.
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
  • Self Motivated.
