We are looking for motivated Sales Executives to join our team and help grow our customer base within the packaging industry, focusing specifically on PP woven bags. This is a field-based B2B sales position, ideal for proactive individuals skilled at generating industrial leads and closing high-volume sales. The role involves regular client visits and building strong relationships within key industrial sectors, particularly flour, rice, and textile mills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit and develop clients primarily in flour, rice, and textile mills.
- Achieve monthly sales targets measured in volume (tons).
- Report daily sales activities using the company’s software or mobile application.
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships within the assigned region.
- Provide market feedback and insights to the sales manager to support strategic decisions.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the packaging or plastic industry.
- Must own and be able to operate a motorbike for field visits.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.
- Familiarity with industrial zones across Punjab is required.
- Minimum education level of Intermediate; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, including a basic salary plus commission based on performance.
- Additional incentives such as fuel allowance and mobile data reimbursement.
- High commission potential for candidates who consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Full-time, in-person role based in Faisalabad.
