ABS International, located at the Gulistan-e-Johor campus in Karachi, is a well-established outsourcing partner with over 16 years of experience specializing in US and UK B2B programs. We are currently looking for motivated professionals to join our night-shift outbound sales team. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary along with uncapped commissions, allowing typical monthly earnings between PKR 100,000 and 150,000 or more. The role requires working Monday through Saturday during night shifts, either from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am or 8:00 pm to 4:00 am. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound B2B calls targeting US-based prospects to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify leads, present value propositions effectively, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage LinkedIn and email outreach sequences as part of the sales process to nurture prospects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records using platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and actively participate in daily coaching sessions and call calibrations.
- Consistently achieve weekly activity and revenue goals to unlock bonus tiers and additional incentives.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of international B2B sales experience, preferably involving outbound calling during US business hours.
- Proficient English communication skills at B2+ level, with a confident and professional phone presence.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, with at least one measurable achievement highlighted in the CV.
- Availability to work on-site during night shifts in Karachi.
