• We are looking for a candidate who have experience of running call center IT system.
  • Who has good knowledge on predictive dialer and Avatar system.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners. 
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems. Implement security measures. 
  • Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements. 
  • Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems.
  • Responsible for the smooth running of computer systems, routers, switches, internet and ensure users get maximum benefits from them.
  • Setting up of computer LAN for new outlet while providing solution to i.t matters concurrently.
