Verification of Accounts Vouchers.
Post audit of Principal approvals (Discount, Bonus, Rate Difference)

Physical Checking of Breakage and Expiry stock and follow up.
Verification of Summaries which is signed by Warehouse In-charge and QA Officer.
Check out expiry intimation on monthly basis.
Purchases issues and follow-up report.
Prepare Product cycle count report on daily basis and discuss with Head of Internal Audit.

Monthly cheques count and reconcile with system balance and prepare report.
Accomplish special assignment assigned by Head of Internal Audit.
Responsible to keep all confidential matters secret and protect the interest of the Company.
Other suitable duties assigned as required or in line with the position competencies.
