· Monitors sales company wise on the daily basis with respect to achieving assigned monthly / quarterly targets assigned to the as per sales group / territory.
· Monitor Salesmen wise and company wise sales.
· Identify the low performer in the team and plan to visit with them to improve particular person working for providing one to one training.
· Responsible for review sales on the daily basis with respect to achieving assigned monthly / quarterly targets to Sales Department.
· Responsible for collection of short / near to expiry products in the market and discuss with Branch Manager regarding replacement with the fresh stock.
· Assist the Branch Manager in the development / consolidating monthly report on return stock ratio for the Management.
· Responsible for visiting all customers of their area and developing more customers through proper business development of the Company in the market.
· Ensure bimonthly meetings with salesmen to know the market and forwarding market survey report to the Branch Manager the enhancement and recognition of the Company.
· Field Manager is responsible for handling and identifying market status, customers issue and grievances.
· Arrange regular monthly meeting with Salesmen and deliverymen in the presence of Branch Manager.
Candidates with Pharmaceutical experience shall be preferred.
