Responsibility
1. Verification of expenses, sales, deposits and all supporting documents.
2. Checking of expenses against limits defined.
3. Verification of stock transactions (GRN, MRN, Inter Store Transfers Etc)
4. Cross checking of receiving’s at Warehouses.
5. Coordination for timely completion of Routine, Special & Surprise audits as scheduled.
6. Verification of logistics invoices.
7. Verification of all manual and software transactions.
8. Checkinfg physical stock takes at warehouses
9. Follow up Audit Findings & Outstanding Issues
10. Data Collection & evaluation
