- Anticipating emerging issues during verification of work in different Departments and defining how best to deal with them.
- Independent verification of demands in which we find any ambiguity.
- Coordination for timely completion of routine, special & surprise audits as scheduled.
- Surprise main cash count, petty cash, counter cash and cheques in hand verification.
- Overview on monthly and annually education verification and personal visited education sectors for proper verification purpose.
- Daily verification of payments forms for principal parties’ bank payments.
- Monthly verification of bank reconciliation statements.
- Monthly verification of principal reconciliation statements.
- Monthly verification of lease working and payment.
- Preparing reports to highlight issues and problems and make follow-up of observations.
Candidates with CA Inter qualified, along with Article ship shall be preferred.
- Performing routine audit as per audit plans/programs as well as the surprise audit assignments.
- Submission of monthly audit reports as well as other routine reports to Head of Internal Audit.
- Compliance audit of company’s policy and SOPs.
- Coordinate with Department staff to develop an understanding of business processes and providing functional advice and training to them.
