Responsible for managing Operations Department issues in the absence of Branch Manager.
Responsible for monitoring the short / near to expiry products in the market and discuss with Branch Manager
Preparing delivery report on the daily basis as per area and product wise.
Responsible for the having regular and timely correspondence with the Field Manages regarding market status, customers issues and grievances.
Ensure the timely supply of the stock in the market.
Forwarding the customer cheques to the Sales Incharge on the acknowledgment of Branch Manager
Ensure special supply delivery orders are carried out as per the agreed plan. Manage special supply evening orders and follow up from the Sales Department to know the status of supply.
In case of new product launched, checking proper availability in the market to the best possible.
Responsible for proper and timely follow up from special supply staff regarding the order booking, supplies and invoices.
Actively participate in meeting of Market Sale Representative /deliveryman to discuss field problems, market complains, shortages, encouragement of achievers.
Responsible for gathering proper market feedback on regular basis.
Forwarding the detail to Human Resource and Accounts Departments regarding the distributed and in hand food packages.

Pharma Distribution experience shall be preferred.
