Job Description

  • Provide an ongoing feedback to teaching staff regarding their performance, work
  • Attributes etc, based on the class observations/other educational activities and teacher’
  • Attendances, work hours etc.
  • Responsible for the quality of education in his/ her area by keeping a close eye on the teaching standards and parental feedback.
  • Look into the general discipline of the classrooms, students.
  • Respond to the queries, comments of the parents.
  • Coordinate ID/ gate cards for parents and keep the database of parental information.
