Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage databases and document processes and systems implement.
  • Assist and support line managers and your supervisors for assigned tasks
  • Record business transactions
  • Ensure the accuracy of the recorded data and make sure the information is available as and when required. 
  • Organizing assigned tasks timely
  • Maintain and update databases for relevant departments as and when required
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Managing assignment in liaison with other colleagues to meet up deadlines
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned from time to time

Education and Key Competencies

  •  Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  •  Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
