Job Description
- Evaluate Student skill and knowledge, in the related subject, based on their learning in the junior classes.
- Ensure that students are at the required level to begin more detailed and varied learning in the subject
- Plan, prepare and deliver instructional material that facilitates student learning
- Preparing pupils for external examinations (Matric, O & Inter) by guiding them through the external examination process and procedure, guidelines for preparation based on past examination papers, external grading system and benchmarks
- Managing student behavior in the classroom, and applying appropriate and effective measures in cases of misbehavior
- Monitoring and compiling student progress reports and providing feedback to the class teacher
- Perform assigned supervisory duties and responsibilities (before school, break, lunch, after school, holidays, etc.) and inform the relevant administrator, in advance, if unable to fulfill any assigned duty.
