Job Description

  • Liaise for the meeting of parents with Principal, Vice Principal, coordinators and teachers, if required for addressing any discipline or other important issue related to the student
  • Bring all disciplinary issues to the VP’s attention with a factual detail of the incident involving the discipline issue and provide an unbiased and accurate assessment of the issue, based on facts
  • Ensure all processes and guidelines outlined by the School, are followed for effective management and fair utilization of human and material resources given under his / her charge
  • Provide ongoing feedback to teaching staff regarding their performance, work attributes etc, based on the class observations / other educational activities and teacher’ attendances, work hours etc
  • Research and study curriculum for the coming academic session in consultation with the subject teachers.
  • Guide and finalize the course outline for each level with the approval of the Vice-Principal.
  • Responsible for planning and execution of teachers training sessions.
