Facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees.
Preparing and processing timely working of salary, leave encashment and full and final settlements
Liaising and follow up with all government agencies (Social Security & EOBI) to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations
Oversee daily operations of the HR department
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee
Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
Handling administration of all contract labor
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management HR Management
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines
Keeping records of staff insurance and ensuring timely renewal

Experience Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR executive or higher post.

Additional Job Requirements

Should have advance verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to effectively multi-task in a fast paced & challenging environment
Should live in or near Bahria Town Karachi
